Terms of Service

01 — Agreement

By purchasing any product from MyOnlyProfit ("we", "us", "our") — accessible at myonlyprofit.com — you ("the customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

02 — Products

MyOnlyProfit sells digital strategy guides and educational materials relating to content creator monetisation. Our current products include:

Complete Kickstart — A digital strategy guide delivered as a password-protected web document
Kickstart PRO™ — The above, plus a personalised done-with-you consulting engagement

All products are delivered digitally. Upon confirmed payment via Stripe, you will automatically receive an email containing a password that grants access to your purchased materials on our website.

03 — No Refund Policy

        All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

        Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase (via automated password delivery), the full content is made available at the moment of payment. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refund will be issued — regardless of whether the materials have been accessed, downloaded, or used.

This policy complies with EU consumer rights law under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which exempts digital content from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent — which you provide by completing the checkout.

04 — Delivery

After successful payment through Stripe:

An automated email is sent to the address you provide at checkout
This email contains a password to access your purchased content on myonlyprofit.com
Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes
Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email
If you have not received your access within 1 hour, contact us at system@myonlyprofit.com

05 — Intellectual Property

All content within our products — including text, strategies, systems, frameworks, diagrams, and structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of MyOnlyProfit and is protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any part of our materials
You may not repackage or present our content as your own
Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
Violations will be pursued under applicable copyright law

06 — Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. MyOnlyProfit does not store your card details. Prices are listed in Euros (€). By purchasing, you authorise Stripe to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

07 — Disclaimer & Results

Our materials contain strategy, education, and frameworks based on real creator data. However:

Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, niche, and market conditions
We make no promise of specific income, follower counts, or business outcomes
Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not typical results
Our content is for informational and educational purposes only

08 — Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our products relate to adult content creation and monetisation — they are not intended for or sold to minors.

09 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

10 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
