All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not provided once access or download has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
Our products are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
Because the full content becomes available at the moment payment is confirmed — via automated password delivery and/or direct file delivery — the product is considered delivered at that point. Accordingly, refunds will not be issued after access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
This policy is consistent with EU consumer rights law. Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content is exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. This includes but is not limited to scheduled maintenance, hosting provider failures, third-party service disruptions, cyberattacks, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. MYONLYPROFIT does not store, access, or process your card or banking details at any point. Prices are displayed in Euros (€). By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method. Any payment disputes should be raised with us directly before initiating a chargeback — we will always attempt to resolve issues in good faith.
